BARBARA ADLER
Professor Adler received her B.A., cum laude, from Barnard College and holds an M.Ed. from Harvard University. She received her J.D. from Northeastern University and currently practices in Brookline, Massachusetts.

JUDGE PETER AGNES
Judge Agnes teaches District Court Practice and Procedure, and Massachusetts Evidence. He received his B.A. from Boston University, and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.


ROBERT D. ARMANO
Professor Armano is a cum laude graduate of University of Massachusetts, Lowell and the Massachusetts School of Law. He has practiced law for 13 years, concentrating in plaintiffs' personal injury litigation. Attorney Armano was one of a team of thirty attorneys who brought sexual abuse claims on behalf of over 500 plaintiffs against the Boston Archdiocese.

He has also participated in a number of community services including Student Coach for the Massachusetts Bar Association's State Wide Mock-Trial Program; Executive Committee Member of the Lawrence Bar Association; Member of the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities, and United Way Lawyer's Division's Fund Raising Chairman. Attorney Armano has served as an adjunct professor at MSL since 2002, where he teaches Personal Injury Practice and Procedure, Products Liability, Insurance Law, and Motions & Litigation Practice. Attorney Armano is married and has one child.


TINA ARONIS
Professor Aronis teaches "Writing and Legal Reasoning" and is an MSL graduate. She practices domestic relations and person injury in Salem, Massachusetts, and is also an advocate for The Committee for Public Counsel Services, Children and Family Law program.



PAUL AUFFERMAN
Professor Aufferman teaches First Amendment Issues, and Publishing and Entertainment Law. He received his B.A. from Manhattan College, and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.


ALBA BACCARI
Professor Baccari - Ms. Baccari received her B.S. from Suffolk University and her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. She currently practices in Boston, MA.


ALAN BARON
Professor Baron teaches Family Law Mediation and Negotiation, and Motions and Litigation Practice. He received his B.A. from the University of Connecticut, and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. Mr. Baron has practiced law in Stamford, Connecticut, and now practices in Andover, Massachusetts.



FREDERICK C. BARRY, JR.:
Professor Barry teaches Creating a Small or Solo Law Practice. Mr. Barry received his B.A. from Providence College and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. He is an attorney in a solo practice, editor of The Merchant of Real Estate, and the author of The Buyer Broker.


EDWARD A. BECKER
Professor Becker teaches Research and Writing I and II, and First Amendment Issues in conjunction with Full-Time Professor Constance Rudnick. He received his B.A., from Ohio Wesleyan University, his M.Ed., from Boston University, and his J.D., cum laude, from Massachusetts School of Law.


ROBYN BRADLEY
Professor Bradley has been teaching "Writing for Lawyers" at MSL since 2003. A full-time writer, she is currently an MFA candidate in the Creative Writing program at Lesley University. She received her undergraduate degree in Communication from Stonehill College, where she is also an adjunct professor. Ms. Bradley has written for Writer's Digest, The Boston Globe, and The MetroWest Daily News under her pen name E.T. Robbins. With a background in radio broadcasting, she's been on-air with Magic 106.7 in Boston since 1996 and maintains a website at http://www.etrobbins.com. Ms. Bradley recently completed her first novel.


ARTHUR BROADHURST
Professor Broadhurst teaches Getting Elected and Enacting Legislation. He received his B.S. from Salem State College, and his J.D. from Massachusetts School of Law. He is a partner in an Andover, Massachusetts law firm, and serves as a Representative in the Massachusetts Legislature.


ANDREA CHATFIELD
Professor Chatfield received her B.S., summa cum laude, from Suffolk University, and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Syracuse University. She currently practices in Manchester, New Hampshire.


TODD CHEESMAN
Professor Todd Cheesman received his B.S. from Dickinson College where he graduated summa sum laude. He received his J.D. from The University of Pennsylvania where he graduated with honors. He clerked for the Delaware Supreme Court before entering private practice. Mr. Cheesman now practices in Concord, NH and owns a software development company specializing in business applications.


JEANNE E. CONDURELLI
Professor Condurelli earned a Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, from Assumption College, and a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School. She is admitted to practice law before the state and federal courts in Massachusetts. She previously served as an associate with the Law Offices of Anthony A. Copani, in North Andover, engaged in the general practice of law. She now practices law in Methuen, Massachusetts specializing in Family Law and Child Welfare Law, providing services to children and parents in varying capacities in matter such as divorce, adoption, guardianship, mental health, and child protection and service cases. Professor Condurelli teaches courses in Family Law Advocacy, Family Law and Family Law Rounds. Professor Condurelli directs the Family Law Rounds program in which students provide clinic and pro-bono service representation to clients through the "Lawyer for the Day" program at the Essex County Probate & Family Court.


CHRISTOPHER N. COOK
Professor Cook teaches legal writing. He is a trial attorney employed by the Department of Children and Families as an Assistant Regional Counsel. Mr. Cook is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for both the First and Third Circuits. He a Massachusetts Bar Foundation Fellow. Mr. Cook received his B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where he was the student commencement speaker. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School.


JUDGE ROBERT CORNETTA
Judge Cornetta is an honors graduate of both Suffolk University and Suffolk University Law School. He has previously served in both state and municipal government positions. In addition, he has held a number of administrative post within the trial court. Judge Cornetta teaches trial court practice and procedure as well as discovery practice."

CARMEN CORSARO
Professor Corsaro teaches Property, and Real Estate Financing & Conveyancing. He received his B.A. from Boston College, and his J.D. from New England School of Law. He currently practices in Methuen, Massachusetts.

LINDA CRISTELLO
Professor Cristello is a sole practitioner concentrating in criminal immigration law with offices located in Boston, MA, Lawrence, MA and Warwick, R.I.

She is a former employee of the Immigration and Naturalization Service / investigations unit and Court Clerk with the Executive Office for Immigration Review, Office of the Immigration Court in Boston, MA.

She was the Chairperson for the American Immigration Lawyers Association, New England Chapter. She has served on the AILA National Executive Board as an EOIR/Court Liaison committee member and presently Liaison member with American Immigration Law Foundation. She has participated on many panels and CLE's instructing on criminal immigration law to state and judicial associations.

Linda A. Cristello attended undergraduate schools at University of Massachusetts/Boston and University of New Mexico. She graduated from New England School of Law in 1990. She is currently an adjunct professor of immigration law at Massachusetts School of Law in Andover, MA.


JOHN CROSS
Professor Cross teaches Legal Ethics in the Spring and Guardianship and Conservatorship in the Fall. He graduated from Cornell University in 1971, and Boston University School of Law in 1974.He has co-authored the book, Guardianship and Conservatorship in Massachusetts. The book has been cited favorably by both the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the Supreme Judicial Court.

He is a staff attorney for the Chief Justice of the Probate and Family Court Department. He is a frequent lecturer for members of the Bar on probate and family law topics and professional responsibility/legal ethics. He was recently named to the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Guardianship Association.


MICHAEL CUDDY
Professor Cuddy received his B.S. from Boston College and his J.D., magna cum laude, from New England School of Law. He currently practices in Dedham, Massachusetts.


JENNIFER M. DAWSON
Professor Dawson received her B.A. from Boston University, and her J.D. from Suffolk Law School. She has practiced in Salem, Massachusetts, and is currently Director of Research & Development of the Northeastern Family Institute in Danvers, Massachusetts.


WILLIAM DELKER
Professor Delker teaches White Collar Crimes. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and his J.D., summa cum laude, from The American University, Washington College of Law. He currently practices in Boston, Massachusetts.


VALERIE A. DEPALMA


PATRICIA DIAZ
Professor is a graduate of Duke University in 1988, where she was a magna cum laude. She also graduated from Columbia University School of Law in 1987. Professor Diaz teaches Tax law.

Ms. Diaz works extensively with public charities and private foundations, including applications for tax-exempt status and advice regarding ongoing matters. Professor Diaz has worked with New York law firms working on a variety of federal tax matters and with the international tax group of a Big Four accounting firm. In addition, she has taught as an adjunct professor at Brooklyn Law School.


JOHN DONNELLY
Professor Donnelly teaches Aviation Law. He received his B.A. from the United States Air Force Academy and his J.D., cum laude, from the Vermont Law School. He serves as Senior Attorney with the Office of the Assistant Chief Counsel, New England Region, of the Federal Aviation Administration.


ANNE O’CONNOR DOWNES
Professor Downes teaches Mediation, Conciliation, and Negotiation. She received her B.A. from Merrimack College and her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. She is the Director of the Civil Conciliation Program in the Lawrence District Court.


JOHN F. DREWRY
Professor Drewry teaches Juvenile Law. He received his B.A. from Harvard University, and his J.D. from New England School of Law. Prior to joining MSLAW, Mr. Drewry taught at area colleges. He currently practices in Boston, Massachusetts.


KATHERINE BOWLES DUDICH
Professor Dudich obtained a Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Akron, and her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Massachusetts School of Law. Ms. Bowles Dudich served for two years as a Law Clerk to the Justices of the Superior Court. She is currently serving as Assistant General Counsel with the Legal Division of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine. Ms. Bowles Dudich teaches Legal Research and Writing II.

HON. MICHAEL F. EDGERTON
Judge Edgerton teaches Trial Advocacy. He received his B.A. from St. Michael's College and his J.D. and L.L.M. from Suffolk University Law School. He served as an attorney in private practice and as the General Counsel to the Trial Court of Massachusetts prior to his appointment to the bench in 1996.


JOSEPH E. FILIPPETTI
Professor Filippetti is a 2001 graduate of Anna Maria College and a 2004 graduate of the Massachusetts School of Law. He is licensed to practice in both Massachusetts and Connecticut.

In the fall of 2006, he joined the Middlesex District Attorney's Office as an assistant district attorney. Professor Filippetti also coaches the Massachusetts School of Law Black Law Student Association Trial Advocacy Team, has written for Massachusetts School of Law's magazine, The Reformer, and has appeared on the Massachusetts School of Law cable television series, Massachusetts School of Law Education Forum.


KEVIN P. FOLEY
Professor Foley represents clients in wide variety of criminal and civil litigation and administrative law matters. Mr. Foley served nine years as an administrative law judge on the Massachusetts Board of Review, where he was responsible for deciding second level appeals of disputed unemployment insurance cases under G. L. c. 151A.

Professor Foley has also served as staff counsel for the Secretary of the Commonwealth and as an associate for the Boston based civil litigation firm. Mr. Foley received his B.A from Merrimack College and J.D., cum laude from the Massachusetts School of Law. He is a member of the Essex County Bar Association and the Salem Bar Association. Professor Foley is Of Counsel to the law firm of John P. Morris, Attorney at Law, Inc., Salem Massachusetts. He teaches Administrative Law and Comparison of National and State Law.


ROBERT FORD
Professor Ford teaches Wills and Trusts, Estate Planning, Aging and the Law and Aging and Healthcare Decision making. He received his B.A. from Tufts University and his J.D. from Boston University School of Law. He is currently in private practice in North Andover, Massachusetts.


ROBERT J. FORREST
Professor Forrest has been an attorney in Massachusetts for over twenty-five years. He has served as a Clerk-Magistrate in the district courts and has tried hundreds of cases. He is certified as a police officer in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is currently the police prosecutor for the South Hampton, NH Police Department. He has extensive experience in law enforcement matters and firearms licensing issues. He holds a federal firearms dealer's license and is a Massachussets State Police and NRA certified firearms instructor. He has extensive experience in international law and trade having represented clients and developed business in Russia and the Far East. He has negotiated many international joint venture agreements and contracts between American and British business entities and manufacturing companies in Europe, Russia and the Far East.

Professor Forrest holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Northeastern University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Boston College Law School. He has been an instructor in federal taxation teaches International Law and Aviation Law.

MARIA FOURNIER
Professor Fournier received her B.A. from Boston University, and her J.D. from Massachusetts School of Law.


LOUIS J. FRANCO
Professor Franco teaches Intellectual Property, and Drafting and Prosecuting Trademark Applications. He received his B.S. in Physics and Philosophy from Fordham University and his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law. He currently practices in Boston, and is counsel to several large corporations for whom he handles patent and trademark matters in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.


PETER FULTON
Professor Fulton received his B.A. from Boston University, and his J.D. from Suffolk Law School. He currently practices in Andover, Massachusetts.


Ursula Furi-Perry
Ursula Furi-Perry is the author of seven books: 50 Legal Careers for Non-Lawyers (ABA Publishing, 2008); 50 Unique Legal Paths: Finding the Right Job (ABA Publishing, 2008); Law School Revealed: Secrets, Opportunities, and Success! FREDERICK GOLDER
Professor Golder is a partner in the law firm of Golder & Golder in Boston where he specializes in labor relations and employment law. He is also a labor arbitrator and mediator. Professor Golder received his B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, and an L.L.M. in Labor Law from New York University Law School.

Professor Golder has taught at Northeastern University, Emory University School of Law, and Suffolk University Law School. He is currently an assistant professor of law at the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover where he teaches courses in labor and employment law and Alternative Dispute Resolution.


LINDA GOSTANIAN
Professor Gostanian obtained a Bachelor in Fine Arts from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and received her Masters Degree from Cornell University and her J.D. from New England School of Law, magna cum laude. She was employed as a Law Clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court, and currently is an Assistant District Attorney for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is currently assigned to the Lowell Juvenile Court.

Professor Gradzewicz teaches Case Preparation, Motions and Litigation Practice, and Prosecution and Adjudication Advocacy. He received his B.A. from Boston College and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. He currently practices in South Lawrence, Massachusetts.

Judge Grasso teaches Law of Search and Seizure. He received his B.A. summa cum laude from Dartmouth College, and his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School. He is an Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Prior to that appointment, he served as an Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Superior Court, as First Justice of the Lowell District Court, as an Assistant Attorney General, and as an attorney in private practice.



STEPHEN GUSHOV
Professor Gushov teaches Baseball and the Law. He received his B.A. from Boston University and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. He currently practices in Danvers, Massachusetts.


DANIEL CRAWLING BEAR HARAYDA
Professor Harayda obtained his Bachelors and Masters of Science degree (where he was a graduate summa cum laude) from Southern Connecticut State University. He is also a 2006 graduate of the Massachusetts School of Law. He has also received another Masters degree in Information and Library Science from Simmons College.

Currently, Professor Harayda is Director of Technology at Massachusetts School of Law. He is also currently teaching Case Strategies and Preparation. He also coaches the Massachusetts School of Law Black Law Student Association Trial Advocacy and the American Association for Justice (formally ATLA) mock trial teams.


William J. Hernon III
Professor William J. Hernon III has been a practicing Attorney for over 19 years, concentrating in criminal defense, other areas of practice include, Wills, Trusts, and Probating of Estates. ABBE L. HERSHBERG
Professor Hershberg teaches the Family Law Advocacy Clinic. She received her B.A. from Tufts University, and her J.D. from Antioch School of Law. She is currently an attorney with Merrimack Valley Legal Services, Inc.


JUDGE TIMOTHY HILLMAN
Judge Hillman teaches Law and Psychiatry. He received his B.A. from Coe College, and his J.D. from Suffolk Law School. He is currently First Justice of the Superior Court in Boston, Massachusetts.


STEVEN F. HYDE
Professor Hyde is a 2001 graduate of the Massachusetts School of Law. Following law school, Steven established a solo practice focused on Real Estate Conveyancing as well as Landlord & Tenant, Small Business Representation, and Civil Litigation. Steven now enjoys a small firm practice with a fellow MSL graduate, Briana Coakley-Hoyt. Coakley & Hyde is located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire and he practices in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts.

Steven was admitted to the New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts Bars in 2002. He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the Maine State Bar Association, the York County Bar Association, Strafford and Rockingham County Bar Associations and enjoys membership in the American Inns of Court.

JUDGE ALLEN J. JARASITIS
Judge Jarasitis teaches Case Preparation and Strategy. He received his B.S. from Boston University and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. He practiced law in Charlestown from 1968 to 1990, and has been a judge in Charlestown District Court since 1991.


HAROLD E. JOHNSON
Professor Johnson teaches Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Worcester State College, and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, cum laude. He is currently an assistant district attorney for the Middle District in Worcester.


JEFFREY KITAEFF
Professor Kitaeff teaches Bankruptcy Law and Secured Transactions (UCC Article 9). He received his B.A. from Clark University, and his J.D. from New England School of Law. He serves as a trustee in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and practices in the bankruptcy field in North Andover, Massachusetts.


NANCY KRUSE
Professor Kruse Hannigan has a B.S. in Journalism and an M.B.A. from Suffolk University. Currently a Web manager at IBM, she has worked as a magazine editor, publications manager, reporter, and book editor.


KENNETH LAKIN
Professor Lakin teaches Sports and Entertainment Law. He received his A.B. from Boston College, and his J.D. from the Massachusetts School of Law. He is currently in private practice in Andover, Massachusetts., serving as General Counsel and a member of the Board of Directors of two sports management companies.


ANDREW LAWLOR
Professor Lawlor received his B.A., cum laude, from Middlebury College and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. He is an enforcement attorney with the State Ethics Commission.


MAUREEN TRACY LEO
Professor Leo received her B.S. from Loyola College of Maryland and her J.D., summa cum laude, from the American University- Washington College of Law. She clerked in US District Court, worked as a litigation associate in Boston and later as an assistant regional counsel for DSS. She is licensed to practice in both Maryland and Massachusetts. Ms. Leo currently does court investigations in child abuse and neglect cases for the Middlesex Juvenile Court.


CAROL LEVASSEUR
Professor Levasseur teaches Drafting Contracts, and Research and Writing. She received her B.A. , cum laude, from Bentley College, and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Massachusetts School of Law where she was executive editor of the law review. She is currently employed as an attorney for a software company in Cambridge, Massachusetts.


HOWARD LEVENSON
Professor Levenson holds a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and a B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University. He is a corporate attorney, a contributing editor of legal publications, a corporate consultant on business writing, and a freelance journalist. He has taught in a wide range of settings.


DOROTHY LINSNER
Professor Linsner received her B.S.F.S.. from Georgetown University School of Foreign Services and her J.D. from George Washington University National Law Center. She teaches at MSL in the Research and Writing program as an adjunct faculty member. She is admitted to the Massachusetts, New York, District of Columbia and Rhode Island bars and currently practices in Framingham, MA.


DYAN LOWMAN
Professor Lowman received her B.S. from Suffolk University and her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Massachusetts School of Law. She was employed as a Law Clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court. She is admitted to practice law in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire and currently practices in Nashua, New Hampshire.


NELSON P. LOVINS
Professor Lovins teaches Business Litigation. He received his B.A. from Tufts University and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where he served on the law review.


NATHAN R. LYNCH
Professor Lynch is a 1984 graduate of Western New England College and a 2003 graduate of the Massachusetts School of Law. He practices law in Walpole, New Hampshire and is the founder of Nathan R. Lynch P.L.L.C. His practice concentrates on plaintiffs' personal injury and business transactions. He is licensed to practice law in New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts and Connecticut. He is admitted to the Federal Court in the Districts of New Hampshire, Vermont and Massachusetts. His experience in the Federal Court has been limited to Bankruptcy and he is a member of the National Consumer Bankruptcy Association.



JUSTICE NEIL LYNCH
Justice Lynch, a member of MSLAWs Board of Trustees, is a retired Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Justice Lynch teaches Massachusetts Consumer Protection. He received his B.A., cum laude, from Harvard University, and his L.L.B. from Harvard Law School. He served as chief legal counsel to the Massachusetts Port Authority prior to being appointed to the Court.



JUDGE ROBERT LYNN
Associate Justice Lynn of the New Hampshire Superior Court, teaches New Hampshire Practice and Procedure. He received his B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of New Haven, and his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he was executive editor of the Connecticut Law Review.



KENNETH J. MARTINEAU
Professor Martineau received his B.A. from Wachans Hall Seminary College, his M.Ed. from the University of Massachusetts, and his J.D. from Massachusetts School of Law.



SCOTT MCLENNAN
Professor McLennan is ajournalist, Mr. McLennan earned his B.A. in English at the University of Rochester. He has written and reported on a variety of beats for various newspapers and is now a music and entertainment reporter for the Worcester Telegram & Gazette.


STANLEY NORKUNAS
Professor Norkunas teaches the Criminal Defense Clinic, and Criminal Defense Strategies. He received his B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. He is President of Middlesex Defense Attorneys, Inc. He practices in Lowell, Massachusetts. and Nashua, New Hampshire.



RICHARD PIERCE
Professor Pierce holds degrees from Cornell, Columbia and Yale. He completed coursework and exams for the Ph.D twice: in English Language and Literature, and in the World Religions. He has taught at Northern Illinois University, the University of California at Berkeley, and Boston University, and is Pastor of the Riverside Church, Lawrence MA.


PHIL PICILLO
Professor Picillo received his BS from Bentley University, his MBA from Farleigh Dickinson and his JD from the Massachusetts School of Law. He currently teaches Internet Law and assists Professor Sullivan with UCC and Contracts. He has held numerous positions in the banking and financial services industries. Phil now practices in Derry NH; he is also a member of the Derry Planning Board and is a frequent speaker at industry meetings on cyber fraud and identity theft.


MARK A. PREBLE
Professor Preble teaches Public Sector Labor Law. He received his B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Boston, and his J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. He serves as an Administrative Law Judge for the Massachusetts Labor Relations Commission.



JAMES B. ROCHE
Professor Roche Esq. is an associate with the law firm of Liggio, Benrubi & Williams, P.A. and specializes in ERISA and private insurance disputes of all types, including health, life, disability, auto, credit and bad faith litigation.
He graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law. He has also received a LL.M. Insurance Law University of Connecticut School of Law and he is also currently pursuing a LL.M. Taxation from Boston University.
JAMES SANDMAN
Professor Sandman teaches Workers’ Compensation. He received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.


STEVEN SHARAF
Professor Sharaf is a practicing attorney with nearly twenty years experience in the areas of real estate, commercial and personal injury law. He is 1988 graduate of the Suffolk University Law School in Boston, and a member of the Massachusetts bar since that time.He is a sole practitioner presently, but has worked in both big and small firm settings. He is a member of the faculty at the Massachusetts School of Law, teaching a number of courses including the Business of the Practice of Law, Conflict Resolution, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Motions and Pretrial Practice.
DIANE SINRICH
Professor Sinrich received her B.A. from Hofstra University, her M.Ed. from Suffolk University, and her J.D. from New England School of Law. She currently practices in Boston, Massachusetts.


JENNIFER SMOLINSKI
Professor Smolinski received her B.A. in Archaeology and B.A. in Sociology from the University of Connecticut in 1997. Ms. Smolinski went on to receive her J.D. from the Massachusetts School of Law in 2002. She has been practicing as a real estate attorney in Amesbury, MA since 2002 and is currently teaching Research & Writing at MSL.


LARRY STARKEY
Professor Starkey, who holds a B.S. in History from the University of Cincinnati, is a former public relations executive at major corporations and has produced and written for several television networks. He is the author of “Wilkes Booth Came to Washington” (Random House) and numerous articles.


GEOFFREY STONE
Professor Stone received his B.S. from Salem State College and his J.D. from the Massachusetts School of Law. He currently practices in Topsfield, Massachusetts.



SHAUN SUTNER
Professor Sutner covers state government and politics for the Worcester Telegram & Gazette. He worked for two years at the Washington Post and was a staff reporter for two years at the Meriden (Connecticut) Record-Journal. Sutner holds an A.B. in Government from Colby College.

KEITH SWEENEY
Professor Sweeney received his B.S., summa cum laude, from Mt. Wachusett College, and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Massachusetts School of Law.


JOCELYN THOMSEN
Professor Thomsen is a graduate of MSLAW (J.D., Cum Laude) and received her Bachelor’s in European Studies from the University of Missouri. She is a member of the bar in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire and practices law from her office in Newburyport. Among her charitable works, she has been President of the Board of Directors of the Solomon Schechter Day School of the Merrimack Valley.

VINCENT TURANO
Professor Turano teaches Environmental Law, and Research and Writing. He received his B.A. and Ph.D. from Syracuse University, and his J.D., magna cum laude, from New England School of Law. He was a law clerk for the Chief Justice of the Massachusetts Land Court, has practiced law in Boston, and is a professor at Merrimack College.


DAGNE YESIHAK
Dagne Yesihak is a graduate of University of Massachusetts (BS, Criminal Justice, 1982), Northeastern University, (MS, in Criminal Justice, 1984) and JD from Massachusetts School Law.

Professor Yesihak practices Law in the area of Criminal Law and Immigration Law in Cambridge Massachusetts. He also has been teaching law in a college level for more than 20 years before coming to MSLa. Mr. Yesihak teaches Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at MSL www.yesihakslaw.com.
