Massachusetts Appeals Court Comes to MSL

On Thursday, November 15th, the Massachusetts Appeals Court will be visiting Massachusetts School of Law to preside over a handful of cases in the Old Courtroom beginning at 9:30 a.m.. Hearing the appeals will be two of MSLAW’s own superb adjunct professors, Associate Justice Joseph A. Trainor and Associate Justice Peter W. Agnes. They will be joined by the most recent Massachusetts Appeals Court appointment, Associate Justice Mary T. Sullivan. Below, you can find more information about the sitting as well as the briefs pertaining to each case on the docket. The MSLAW community is encouraged to be informed and prepared for the sitting, as it is a great honor for Massachusetts School of Law to host the Appeals Court.
