Professor Shane Rodriguez is an Assistant Professor of Law. He teaches Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Advanced Criminal Procedure, and Factual Investigations. Professor Rodriguez received his B.S. from Fitchburg State College and his J.D. from Massachusetts School of Law. His private practice, Rodriguez Stern, P.C., focuses on estate planning and criminal defense. Professor Rodriguez taught at MSLAW as an adjunct professor since 2010 until joining the full-time faculty in 2017.
