Constance Rudnick

Connie Rudnick is a professor of law emeritus. She teaches Legal Ethics, Constitutional Law, First Amendment Seminar, and Advanced Litigation Skills. She also supervises MSLAW’s Judicial Internship program. She graduated cum laude with honors from Williams College and received her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and to the Order of Barristers. She is a member of the Boston firm of Gargiulo/Rudnick LLP where she concentrates her practice in the areas of professional ethics and litigation in both federal and state courts. She is currently a member of the Standing Advisory Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct, as well as a member of the Oversight Committee of Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers. Ms. Rudnick is also a former member and former Vice Chair of the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers.
