Diane Sullivan is an Assistant Dean of Students and a professor of law. She teaches Uniform Commercial Code, Contracts, Issues Impacting Women, and Animal Law. In addition, Dean Sullivan serves as moderator and Producer of MSLAW’s Educational Forum television series. Dean Sullivan received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Fitchburg State College, and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Massachusetts School of Law. She has been a vice president of and counsel for a large financial institution in Worcester, Massachusetts and is now an avid animal rights activist. Dean Sullivan taught at Massachusetts School of Law as an adjunct faculty member before joining the full-time faculty.
